The VOICE Mobile App workflow has been designed to prepare for a workforce who may be required to work from home as the COVID-19 situation develops. It is designed to support the following scenarios:

  • Doctor, Allied Health, Nurse at home providing outpatient consult to patient via telephone or telehealth
  • OPD Administration Officer at home providing outpatient support
What is VOICE Mobile App?

The VOICE Mobile Application enables multiple clinicians to communicate and manage the clinic remotely. It acts as the ‘clinic slip’ in the event that outpatient staff are not co-located and provides a task list for the safe management of appointment outcomes. The tool will facilitate:

  • Appointment delivery mode planning
  • Appointment outcomes
  • Clinical activities required to be completed onsite
  • Admin and Clinical task lists
  • Auditing/tracking of tasks
